Bhupinder Singh founded InCred Group in 2016, with InCred Finance starting in March 2016, InCred Capital- Wholesale Banking starting in September 2018, InCred Wealth starting in December 2019, and InCred AMC starting in September 2020.

Prior to InCred, he worked at Deutsche Bank for 16 years in various capacities in London and Singapore.

Most recently, he co-headed the Corporate Banking and Securities (‘CB&S’) of Deutsche Bank for the Asia Pacific region, based out of Singapore. In this capacity, he managed Deutsche Bank’s Fixed Income, Equities and Investment Banking divisions and was a member of the global CB&S executive committee.

He was also the Head of Corporate Finance division for Deutsche Bank in the Asia Pacific region, managing the bank’s corporate coverage, investment banking, capital markets, advisory and treasury solutions businesses.

Satish Kumar joined the InCred Research team as Managing Director and Head of Knowledge Services in January 2021,

and writes research on the metals & mining, cement and chemicals sectors.

Prior to joining InCred Research, he was with Equirus Securities as Head of Equities, CGS-CIMB as Head of Equity Research, BofAML, Standard Chartered, Lehman Brother and Nomura Securities.

Satish holds a Bachelor of Technology, has an academic background in finance, and a Business Administration degree from IIM Calcutta.

Pramod Amthe joins our InCred Research team from October 2020 as the Head of Research while also writing Research on India strategy, Automobile, Auto components.

Prior to joining InCred Research, Pramod was with CGS-CIMB for 8 years, he has also worked with RBS India for 6 years and with domestic brokers for 4 years.

He has been tracking Indian auto sector for last 25 years and diversified to cover construction and infra space.

Prior to equity research, he has few years experience as a financial consultant .

Pramod holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and MBA from Karnataka University.

Jignesh Shial joins our InCred Research team from August 2021. He has over 16 years of Equity Research experience covering Financials (BFSI) sector.

He was previously associated with organizations such as Emkay Global, IDFC Securities, Quant Capital.

He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters in Finance from Mumbai University.

Abhishek Shindadkar is an accomplished analyst in tracking Technology sector and comes with a proven track record of identifying multi-baggers.

He has 18 years of rich experience across market cycles and has built seasoned long-term relationships.

He has identified select investible ideas and was instrumental in creating a market capitalization through idea generation and research coverage.
